If your initial verification checks out, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a showing, and David will show you the property.

Approval & Lease Signing

After we receive your rental application, we will call or email you within 1-2 business days with a status update. If your application is approved, a member of our team will schedule a meeting with you to sign the lease and accept the security deposit. Then we'll determine a move-in date together, and you'll be ready to move into your new place!
